This is the opening line of "Two of us", a track on the Beatles 1970 Album "Let it Be". It was recorded in January 1969.
John Lennon says/shouts the words "'I Dig a Pygmy', by Charles Hawtrey and the Deaf Aids... Phase One, in which Doris gets her oats!" after which the guitar intro of "Two of us" comes in.
